Chocolate Syrup Ingredients you will need:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Making your chocolate syrup:

  1. Start by mixing up the sugar and cocoa powder, to remove any lumps.
  2. Add the cold water and stir.
  3. Heat over medium-high heat and boil until thick, stirring constantly to avoid boil-overs.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in salt and vanilla.
  5. When cool, store in a covered container.
