  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large half-gallon mason jar.
  2. Cover with apple cider vinegar.
  3. Cap tightly and store in a cool, dry place for 4 weeks.
  4. Strain the infused vinegar.
  5. Gently warm honey just until melted.
  6. Stir honey into the infused vinegar.

And that’s it! You now have a wonder tonic to take during cold and flu season to assist your body in warding off viruses and bacteria. To use, simply take 1 or 2 Tablespoons daily. You can mix it in a glass of water, if that will help get it down for you.
This should be stored in a cool, dry place and will be good for up to a year.
