I like to always start with some beverages, both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Gotta keep something for everyone!

Delicious, light, and refreshing drink for the adults in the group!
Add 2/3 wine glass full of your favorite white wine and top off with Zevia ginger ale. Serve cold.
And, for easy holiday snacking, I bring you the appetizers for this dinner
Spicy, sweet, and perfect for chips or spread on tortillas with tacos or quesadillas!
seeds from 1 pomegranate
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1 tsp lime juice
Remove the seeds from the pomegranate by cutting in 1/2 and “whacking” with a wooden spoon.
Mash the avocado, add the seeds and seasonings and allow flavors to “meld” for a few hours. Serve with chips for fun dipping!
You’ll love this nut-free, dairy-free, raw appetizer as a snack or dessert too!
1 cup raisins
1 cup dates
1 cup tahini
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup coconut
Begin by adding dates, raisins, vanilla and tahini to a food processor and “whir” for about 3 minutes, until all finely ground together. Remove from the bowl, and gently add in coconut. “Press” the mixture together and roll into balls. Serve at room temperature.
What are some of your favorite treats to serve during the holidays?
