Beef Jerky In Oven Recipe

Equipment

  • An oven
  • A baking tray
  • Foil
  • An oven rack
  • Marinade dish or zip lock bags

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds thinly sliced beef steak
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup Worchester sauce
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the ingredients together to make marinade.
  • Trim off all the visible fat.
  • Place the meat into the marinade.
  • Rub the mixture into the meat thoroughly on both sides.
  • Leave the meat in the fridge over night.
  • Drain the marinade off the meat.
  • Turn the oven on to its lowest temperature setting.
  • Place the meat on a wire rack above a baking tray lined with foil.
