bacon
cut into lardon strips

small onion
diced

cloves
garlic

jar spaghetti sauce

cup
cheddar cheese

tsp
salt

tsp
pepper

tsp
italian seasoning

package Mueller's elbow macaroni
Instructions
Begin by heating up water to boil in a large pot. Add salt and oil.
In a separate pot, heat 1 tsp olive oil.
Add the bacon and fry until crisp.
Remove the bacon, set aside and add onions and garlic to saute for 3 minutes.
Add the spaghetti sauce, seasonings, and bring to a simmer.
Cook pasta according to al dente directions (about 7 minutes) and drain.
Add to sauce in pot.
Stir bacon back in with the noodles.
Add 1/2 cup of the cheese and mix in.
Top with remaining cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350°
