Grilled Turkey and Cheese with Pesto

The all American classic gets taken up a notch with the addition of garden fresh pesto!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf ciabatta bread sliced in 1/2 horizontally
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • sliced turkey
  • sliced cheese

Instructions
 

  • Split the bread down the middle horizontally.
  • Spread the pesto all over one side (or both, if you want)
  • layer the turkey onto the pesto.
  • layer the cheese on the other half of loaf of bread
  • place in a preheated 400° oven for 20 minutes
  • Serve!
