PBJ Smoothie

Servings 1


  • 1 cup Valley Food Storage Dried Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Valley Food Storage Peanut Butter Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons raw honey


  • Add the water and dried strawberries to a blender. Allow strawberries to rehydrate for 5 minutes. (NOTE-not all the strawberries will be soft like fresh, that's okay.)
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
