Method
- Place medium pot or saucepan over medium heat.
- Add 4 to 5 tsp. of dried dandelion root to the pot.
- Gently roast root until browned and aromatic.

- Pour over 2 cups of water. Stir.

- Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 30 minutes, depending on how strong you like it. I simmered for 30 minutes because I like it strong!

- Remove from heat, and strain.

- Pour into mug., garnish and sweeten (if desired).
