Iced Tea with Mint Leaves Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 cups mint leaves loosely packed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 gallon water

Instructions
 

  • Bring one gallon of water to a boil.
  • Add the sugar, and dissolve in the boiling water.
  • Turn off heat.
  • Place the mint leaves in the water.
  • Allow to steep for 15 minutes.
  • Pour off the liquid and store in the fridge. Serve over ice, and add a fresh mint leaf for garnish.
