Beef Jerky In Oven Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds thinly sliced beef steak
  • ½ cup red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup Worchester sauce
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar

Equipment

  • An oven
  • A baking tray
  • Foil
  • An oven rack
  • Marinade dish or zip lock bags

Method
 

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together to make marinade.
  2. Trim off all the visible fat.
  3. Place the meat into the marinade.
  4. Rub the mixture into the meat thoroughly on both sides.
  5. Leave the meat in the fridge over night.
  6. Drain the marinade off the meat.
  7. Turn the oven on to its lowest temperature setting.
  8. Place the meat on a wire rack above a baking tray lined with foil.
